John Dill

Home Design Specialist

Hi, I’m John! I grew up in the Tulsa area and have spent nearly 10 years in the building industry.

My background has given me experience across many sides of residential construction, including lumber and building materials, windows and doors, construction technology, and residential design.

My role at Hoffman Homes is to guide clients through the early stages of designing their new home. From the first design meeting through plan revisions, pricing, and contract signing, I help turn their ideas and priorities into a home that fits their lifestyle. I enjoy making the process clear, collaborative, and enjoyable.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, daughter, and two boys. With all three kids involved in sports, many Saturdays are spent together at the ballpark or gym. I enjoy life most when I’m making memories with my family—whether that’s hunting with my boys, shooting baskets in the driveway with my daughter, or simply enjoying quality time and plenty of laughs with my wife.
