About the Community

Rabbit Ridge is a 12-acre gated neighborhood overlooking Oak Tree Country Club in Edmond, Oklahoma. It was designed to provide luxury living on a smaller scale. Rabbit Ridge is located in Edmond, Oklahoma and is surrounded on two sides by the Oak Tree golf course where residents can play on one of three beautifully manicured courses. We absolutely had the best building experience ever! Spectacular Homes is truly amazing - absolutely everyone you meet is professional and super nice. You definitely feel special - not just a number. Brad and his son Jacob did a fabulous job designing our home and helping us make decisions. Amy was the best interior decorator ever - she made picking out everything fun and easy. Wes was our construction manager and made sure things were done on time and done correctly! He ensured that our home was build perfectly. He thought of everything and took great pride in his work. An amazing experience! I know building a home can come with delays and frustrations. However, Spectacular Homes from the start laid out a time line. And, they kept me on track with the choices and decisions I needed to make so they could make orders and stay on time. I enjoyed working with each member of the process- architects, designers and builders! I enjoyed the process so much (my home needs have changed) and I’ve reached back out to see if they will build my next home.
